    • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

    • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

 

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Mattresses that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

Return Procedure:

    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

Return Shipping:

 

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value of the merchandise.

Refund Process:
